Event : Execute Order 66

With the rise of all the Jedi decks from Legends of the Force, I think it's time to revisit this card from Twilight of the Republic.  Especially for Twin Suns :

  • If you're playing Villainy, chances are this card will not affect you.
  • If you are playing Twin Suns, chances are there is at least one opponent leader that is a Jedi.
  • Imagine the value of this card if it manages to hit at least one Jedi unit.  In Twin Suns I submit that in the current meta game you will likely face at least one if not more Jedi per game.

Sure they get a clone trooper to replace that Jedi Unit, but I suspect they were really depending on that Force trait to gain the Force.  A 2/2 token body without the force trait is much better to deal with.

I'd be surprised if we didn't see this card more in premier for the next few months too.  However this card will rotate out when set 7 comes out. In Twin Suns it will be legal for the foreseeable future.  I think every Villainy deck should consider adding this card, it has the potential to swing games at it's strongest; and be a decent removal at it's weakest as it can hit Leader Jedi Units.

And frankly nuking all the Jedi in a 4 player game is just fun.
